Direct Payment Survey - Your chance to feedback
If you or the person you care for has a direct payment please can you help us in finding out how direct payments and the support received to use them are working for adults and families in Worcestershire.
Worcestershire County Council are interested in your views on the information, advice and support you received to choose and set up a direct payment and what has been achieved since receiving a direct payment.
We would like to know the positives of this, any difficulties this may have caused and any ideas to improve the process and the support available to you to do this. This information will inform future Direct Payment Support Services. All responses to the survey are anonymous.
Survey will close on Friday 17th November 2017.
If required you may be able to ask your carer, family or friend to help you complete the survey. If this is not possible then Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners, Worcestershire Association of Carers and Speak Easy are being asked to help individuals to complete the survey.
Alternatively we are setting up a few focus groups to discuss direct payments and the support you have received or that you provide. Please contact us if you would like to be involved. We are also happy to complete the survey over the phone if that is easier. Please contact us so we can do this with you or arrange a convenient time for us to call you.
