NEW Lifeline Telecare Service - Telecare Assessment
Where it has been recommended that Telecare may be able to meet your needs, NEW Lifeline will visit you at your home and talk to you about a solution to support the needs you have to address, what fears you may have and how telecare equipment can help you. Together we will produce a Telecare Solution Plan, show you the relevant equipment, explain to you and your family how and where it will be installed, how it activates and what happens next.
We use equipment from a number of suppliers and have a range of solutions. This enables us to assess and inform you about the best equipment that will meet your needs as an individual.
An Assessment Visit will be charged at £60 plus VAT if applicable.
If you choose NEW Lifeline to provide your telecare solution 6 weeks following your Installation Visit we will review the Telecare Solution Plan with you and discuss how you are coping with your telecare equipment. We will ask if the equipment is meeting your needs, give you further advice, check you are happy with the equipment and change things if required.
Once the 6 week review is completed; if we provide your monitoring service; we will also review your activity on a regular basis. If we identify you are having difficulty in using the equipment we will review your telecare solution to see if your package needs adjusting.
Every Telecare Solution Plan will be reviewed annually and your equipment, details and emergency contact arrangements checked.
The cost of the Six Week Review Visit and Annual Checks will be included in your weekly charge.
